CheckTrack user guide for Onboarding Organization

Register your organization by below mentioned link

ONBOARD YOUR ORGANIZATION

Click the “ONBOARD YOUR ORGANIZATION” button.

Here are the steps to onboard your organization onto CheckTrack:

1. Enter Admin’s Basic Details

  • First Name: Enter the first name of admin of your organization.
  • Last Name: Enter the last name of admin of your organization.
  • Email: Enter the email address of admin of your organization.
  • Phone Number: Enter the phone number of admin of your organization, including the country code.
  • Click on “CONTINUE” button

2. Check your Inbox of registered email ID

Their you will get link with the name of “Click here” to set password.
Here are the steps to set a password on CheckTrack:
  • Enter Password:
    In the “Password” field, type a password that is at least six characters long.
  • Confirm Password:
    In the “Confirm Password” field, retype the same password you entered in the previous step. This is to verify that you’ve typed it correctly.
  • Click “SET PASSWORD”.
    Once you’ve entered and confirmed your password, click the “SET PASSWORD” button to save your new password.

3. Organization’s Basic Details

Here are the steps to onboard your organization on CheckTrack:

  • Company Name: Enter the full name of your organization.
  • Select Date Format: Choose the preferred date format.
  • Default Work Schedule:
  • Name: Enter a name for your default work schedule (e.g., “Regular”).
  • Expected Hours: Set the expected number of hours per day.
  • No. of Maximum Employees: Enter the maximum number of employeestill now. This will help in determining PF, gratuity,etc. (NOTE: It cannot be edited later)
  • More about About: (Assuming Admin is the Admin name)
  • Joining Date: Enter the Joining date of admin started.
  • Timezone: Select the timezone of your organization.

4. Congratulations! Your organization is now successfully onboarded on CheckTrack.

5. Beta Features Section:

  • A brief description of beta features, explaining that they are in development.
  • Payroll: This beta feature is currently highlighted. It likely allows you to Calculate payments based on employee timesheets.
  • Toggle Switch: This toggle switch likely enables or disables the payroll beta feature (NOTE: Payroll-related features will become visible upon enabling the Payroll feature.)

6. Settings Section:

  • Language preference: This section displays the currently selected language for the application, dropdown menu allows you to choose a different language for the interface.

7. Dashboard

  • A clickable link is provided with the text “Click here to go to application” which will take you to login screen of our full-featured application.
  • Log in to the application using your registered email ID and password.
